Overview

	The house is over 200 years old and as well as being the village post office, the outbuildings once housed the village bakery. The garden offers you the chance to sit and relax with a drink or enjoy the countryside.
	Recently refurbished, the accommodation offers two double bedrooms, television DVD and CD player, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh flowers, toweling robes and slippers, exclusive lounge/breakfast room and WiFi connection, all within our family home.
	Get up in your own time and help yourself to a selection of juices, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, crispbread,cereals, spreads, coffees and teas. feel free to use the crockery, cutlery and glasses if you fancy a take away, we will clear the dishes for you.
	Withn 500 metes are two pub/restaurants, the canal walk, 5 minutes away, and Dunham Massey Deer Park 10 minutes walk away.

Location & Transportation

Cheshire countryside, with views across to Dunham Massey Hall, and the Bridgewater Canal, all within easy walking distance. Tatton Park with House, garden and park 10 minutes drive away. Historic and interesting towns of Lymm, Altrincham and Knutsford within 10 minutes drive, all with a variety of restaurants, bars, bistros and shops.
Directions	From exit 7 on the M56 motorway, take the A56 Lymm Road for 1 mile, until you reach HOME pub on your right - turn right into Park Lane. The Old Post Office is 200 mtrs along the road on the right.
Transportation	Altrincham rail/metro link is 10 minutes away. Number 37 bus (every hour) drops you off at HOME pub opposite Park Lane.
Airport	Manchester Airport 6 miles
